@AleForce1 Where exactly are you located? I know you say Illinois, but Iowa City is a decent trip from most places in Illinois. Are you near the Quad City area?

Interestingly, I was coming here to post Khruangbin myself. They are phenomenal! Mark Speer is a very refreshing guitarist, such dynamic and expressive playing. He deserves some serious recognition.

I’ve been listening to this oddity for a fée weeks

Yeah, I finally got on the Angine de Poitrine train just this past week, and I gotta admit I'm loving it. Everything I've heard from them is exciting, engaging, and fun as hell.

Like DEVO Primus and Robert Fripp mashed. Crazy

I described it to a friend as "a cross between Sonar and Battles, with a little bit of Clown Core thrown in" ...but yeah, I definitely hear the DEVO and Primus too.
