Thirty years ago I spent a very pleasant afternoon at Hans' Vienna home; after catching his Sunday morning show in a cafe. I wouldn't doubt it if you've never heard of him, but he's pretty well known in Europe.

Saw Dyer Davis play at a local music festival this weekend. Never heard of him but bought his CD anyway. Can't stop listening to his version of "Let Me Love You". Definitely can hear the Jeff Beck influence in his playing.
