PJ Bass Pickup Location

I have a Fender P bass that I will be adding a J bridge pickup to. Can someone please provide the proper measurements/location for the J pickup? Much appreciated.

That would depend upon which year J Bass.  That bridge pickup has been placed in 2 different locations over the years. AS I recall, the Warmoth site illustrates this.

I have read that there were 2 different locations but can't find what those locations were. Do one of those locations match the factory PJ bass location? And I guess I should ask if the factory P pickup locations on a P bass match those on a PJ bass.(?)
