I shared this once before a while back under a different name - still in process, but near complete.  I conceived it while on the run from Katrina back in 2005.  The "Pillar of Fire" reference parallels the story in Exodus about being led away and shielded from of certain death.

Anyhoo, I want to change the verses up a bit. Kinda stale and lot's more gain than I normally use.  Will refine a bit.  I do like everything else, though.  Thanks for listening!  :headbang:

Thanks, man.

Why, it's my purple Warmoth Tele, Ms Nesbit, of course!

So much changes with the base tone once you get into production.  I finally get the madness of thinking any one piece of gear can nail a certain studio tone.  :tard:

Much appreciated. You made me relisten - I accidentally switched around the bass EQ before bouncing it!  Gah!  Fixing it now.  Sucker was BLOATED.

I do that way too often.
Sometimes I use Amplitube for bass tracks, and one time, i shut it off so i could hear my guitar tracks better, and then I bounced everything and forgot to switch it back on... "why does this sound so thin...?"
