Phat Cat cap values

Could y'all please provide some advice?  I was looking at this kit from Stew-Mac.  It comes with .020mf capacitors.  The SD site calls for .047mf capacitors for use with their Phat Cats.  What is the impact if I use the .020mf capacitors vs the .047mf capacitors?

For the price, I suppose it wouldn't be too expensive to just buy two 0.047uF caps and then the kit.  The full tone knob will barely sound any different, if any with the smaller cap.  The tone control may, however, not have a good range with the smaller cap, and would still be bright when the tone is all of the way down.  While the tone is turned all of the way down it may seem you just hit the mid-point. SD is really good when it comes to advise for what best suits their pickups.  You could almost have both values, if you didn't mind push-pull pots.  I have to admit that 0.047uF is a pretty freaking huge cap value.

The lower the capacitance, the higher the frequency cutoff point.

Or in other words, a 0.022uF will have less of a treble cutting effect than a 0.047uF.
