I think I've seen that vid before. That guy does seem great. Anybody willing to be Pete's tech has to be. Didn't he repair his smashed guitars himself in the earlier days of smashing? (I think I also read that's one reason he used fender teles early on. Easy to repair, and held up to more smashing than Rickenbackers)

Because a new neck wont play the same.  He wants that exact guitar repaired.
