Same here, and it was a showcase neck getting a different headstock cut, Nut install, SS Frets and Clear Satin Nitro.
Ordered 22nd of Feb, sent out 1st March = 1 week

It's here! and it's beautiful. Q-sawn maple, Pao-Ferro, fatback, 6150, pearloid block inlay, white corian 6 string nut, 21 fret.

Someone finished the ends of the frets very nicely. Not sharp and not to rounded, perfect!

I've done a little CAD of the headstock so as to place the holes / tuners. This should work. I tried it offset and didn't care for it as much.

By the way, I'm using "Delta CAD" which is an amazing program. I use it for all kinds of projects. You can create a layout for just about anything. Put center marks, lay it down and secure it, punch the centers and start drilling. I also use it for creating files for laser cutting. It can export several formats as well as the image below. I highly recommend it, and it's very affordable!

Ok... digging this one back up and breathing a little life into it.

It's been a busy summer and some things have taken a little longer than planned but that's ok.

Paul Rohney has been working on a body for me that goes with this neck. It will soon be coming to me..  :icon_thumright: As some of you may know he does really great work. I always love to see what he is working on.

Gorgeous paint work.  I like the satin finish on it too, though it may not end up that way.
I have no idea what those pickups will sound like, looking forward to that, too.
