P-90 Strat Pickguard

Why when I select a P-90 in the bridge of a Strat pickguard can I not also select a volume control?

I think you have to specify the "Tom DeLoghe volume knob offset" or somesuch. The pickup would be too close to the knob otherwise.

Or, if you LIKE the volume knob near the bridge pickup, you can leave it off and drill it yourself as close as the pickup will allow you to place it, rather than way the heck out in Timbuktu

Fair enough. Punching a hole in a pickguard isn't exactly brain surgery.
