Ever since I first heard Uffe I've been really impressed with his playing and musicianship.
But this takes stuff to another level. I feel so humbled now ...

Holy cow, there's some stuff going on there! Very impressive. Love the "delay" action, what a cool sound! I can just see the forum threads on trying to figure out his pedal settings from a recording.....  :tard: I had never noticed the order of his strings before, that's a mind job in itself! Previously I'd only ever known of Elizabeth Cotten doing it that way. Well, occasionally MAB as well, but that's kind of a different thing....

Nothing against anyone else by any means, but Uffe has always floored me with his note choice, phrasing, tone and touch. 

I'll admit.  I've been a fanboy of His since his 1st video here.

What's really cool is that he ends up with no coloration to the sound - it's pure effect. For example, instead of generating a false octave note that follows his lead, he plays it. Instead of generating a false shimmering off-timber note to create "chorusing", he plays it. And so on. It's just - pure. No artifacts. Very nice. And batteries not required :icon_biggrin:
