@ Updown - How good does that P-Rail sound?
I've got a set of P-Rails (Hot one in the Bridge) in my Red Quilt Strat with GK-3.
Here …. http://www.unofficialwarmoth.com/index.php?topic=17680.0
Also have the mini switches, connected to each pup. As I prefer using them, than Push / Push etc.
So as I can mix them up. Only have 1 x Vol & tone thou.

Al thou you get an extra setting using the push / pull.

As I've said before these P-Rails are great in my Strat guitar with the use of the GK-3.
Plenty of variety.
The P90's sound pretty darn good to me (thou i've never had P90's before)
Seem beefy in a way ...
The Hums are good too. Do what there meant to do.
The Rails can seem a bit thin-ish (if thats the correct wording) But get different tones mixed with the other's.
Not like a normal single coil Strat or Tele pickup. :icon_scratch: Ummm … different in some way.
But I still like them, as thats a good thing having something slightly different to the norm.
There probably not to every ones taste, as we are all different with different needs & styles.
I really like the concept of these P-Rails & truly think there great to have, as a setup in any type of guitar.
Sort of giving you 3 guitars in one ….. in a way, I suppose.
(Not that, that has stopped me making any more guitars) :icon_biggrin:
I haven't got any sound clips of mine as yet …..
Best way to hear them is u-tube them up, there's plenty of vid's.
I have noted that others here also have guitars with a set of these P-Rails. :icon_thumright:
