Hello all!
Have picture of my new Warmoth Telecasters.

Close to the 1115 Ovation:
Indian rosewood chambered body.
Malagazy rosewood neck.
Pups are Kent Armstrong.

In the middle:
Walnut body.
Walnut/ebony neck.
Pups are Lindy Fralin blues/-stock bridge.

Close to the 52RI:
Pau Ferro body with maple strip.
Indian rosewood neck.
Pups Lindy Fralin blues/-stock bridge.
This is the heawiest telecaster in the world,
and it has sustain until tomorrow.

All are finished with LIBERON finishing oil.
All hardware from Warmoth, except neck-pup ring from StewMac.
Tuners are Shaller mini locking.

That is a very cool collection!
now since you have 3 almost identical guitars, could you tell us a bit about the tone vs woods used in the guitars?

Very nice.  I especially love the neck pup rings.  :icon_biggrin:

As someone said about one of my strat builds...reminds me of a nice smoky barbeque.  Pleasing to the senses and very tasty.

Kick-ass!  That Pau Ferro body came from the showcase, right?  I was wondering who grabbed it!  :icon_thumright:

Hello again!

Thanks all for your nice responce!

Marco:
Yes,it would be interresting to compare tone between the 3.
Guess I`ll have to do a recording in SONAR7,
and then do the compare.(Could take some time).

DocNrock:
Yes, the pup rings looks nice, and they do not
hide much of this beautiful woods.

dbw:
Yes, it is T1179 from the SHOWCASE.
I am now waiting for TN1855 Pau Ferro neck to arrive.
It will replace the indian rosewood neck,
and will turn the axe into an "All Pau Ferro tele".

-so showcase is a dangerous place for a "teleholics" wallet.

Is your wife aware that her lower parts are on the internets? :)

and yes, again, your guitars look very tasty! I actually think I can see a pattern in your building behaviour..

Hi!
That Pau Ferro is my favourite guitar, for every 9 1/2 pound of it`s weight.
"He`s not heawy, he`s my ---"

Now there is a new addition to my Warmoth guitars, the thinline.
Not there yet, but a lot of progress.
The piezo-mics sounds fantastic, spesially blended with Fralin neck pup.
Piezo-lead routing was done on the underside of the bridgeplate, rather than in the body.
It was then cutted in half, for easier access.
(I have a mill to do that job)
