New Schaller LockMeister Floyd Rose?

I was just looking at Schallers site to check out the schaller floyd and it looks like they have a new Floyd out or coming out. I had heard people say that the schaller floyd is a bit smaller and maybe a bit more comfortable but that it sounded a little warmer due to the base plate being made differently thatn the OFR. Here is a link: http://guitar-tremolo.com/hp12607/Tremolos.htm

Now my question is if any of you know if this new schaller Floyd will fit the schaller floyd route that warmoth does?

Edit: I looked at the plans for both bridges and they look to be about the same. There is absolutely no info on this bridge other than whats on the schaller site though

If I had to guess - I bet their demensions are identical to an OFR (as far as the route goes).

I just compared the technical drawings of the Lockmeister and a regular Schaller FR and it seems all demensions are identical.

It seems the Lockmeister is simply an over (overt)-ly designed FR - with care taken towards coatings on older (OFR) design exposed surfaces
and using high-grade steel.

:dontknow:

Many, many Schaller products aren't available in the US. I suspect there are patent issues or perhaps some other kind of trade restriction on the company. It's unfortunate, because they have a lot of interesting things to offer. If you know somebody in England, it seems there are all sorts of places to get the stuff there. You gotta want it bad, though. The things aren't cheap, and neither will the shipping be.
