Yeah, that guy's been up for months.  It's conceivable that he put that much into it, if the tech who assembled it took him to the cleaners.

Hehe! That was my first thought, too. Nice piece, but should go for around $700-$800.

I think a lotta people either don't know about or just don't pay attention to the "completed listings" option ebay has, which lets you see what things actually sell for. If they did, they'd never try to float these pie-in-the-sky prices for things.
