Hey folks,

We just added a new line of pickups to the website.  TV Jones!
http://www.warmoth.com/TV-Jones-Guitar-Pickups-C861.aspx

Perfect for a Cabronita build.  Although I've been thinking of these pickups in a sunset orange hollow L5S as my own distorted view of a Gretsch!  Pretty cool, IMO!

Random shot in the dark , are you supplying these to take the place of rio grande pickups if your stopping stocking them after the sale?
If so, Are we getting different bass pickups to replace rio grande too? hehe  :toothy10:

Totally unrelated to the Rio Grande sale.  What bass pickups do you want to see?

Always thought an SG w/ TV Jones would be a nice 'other brother' guitar. Hmmm and a recessed TOM.

Wow,  :o. I have always wanted an L5S like that, but maybe in a turquoise blue.

Now if Warmoth would just carry Dimarzios...! I feel like Warmoth has a pretty awesome pickup selection, so there's probably a good reason they don't carry Dimarzio. But I can dream.

I've always looked to Duncan over DiMarzio - can't really say why, but I'll agree - if there was one glaring hole in the selection at Warmoth it's not carrying "the other one" of the two biggest pickup makers.  With the lead times on the wood stuff being what they are, they wouldn't even have to stock em.

While I may not get a lot of work done on one, I absolutely love playing them.  They force me to play differently.
I may record some clean guitar with one.
I have a fondness for Brian Setzer, Chris Issack & Bill Miller's use of the Gretch's.
Spike had an Electromatic when I worked at Warmoth & it was a pleasure to play.

If you look at the TV Jones website, they also have a new Tele Bridge to fit the classic shape pickups of theirs.
You can order many of them in standard sized humbucker housings, but I think it is neat that they provide something unique, kinda like the way Rio Grande has the Muy Grande' humbucker/bridge combo.
