New Nitro Finish Issues

I have my back done on my Musiclander build, and last night I used Super Assilex to sand the top from 800 - 2000 grit, then did a light hand buffing with the Meguiar's. It was getting late so thought I would do the final DA polisher action tonight. It looked really good last night, but then when I looked at this morning there were some finish issues that seem to have just developed over night. Hard to explain and to photograph, but not like checking, more like wrinkles in the finish in a few spots. Very strange that I have not had any of this on the back. Maybe it didn't cure long enough ? It was 2 weeks, but I have heard of people waiting up to a month. I'm not sure how to proceed at this point, but I just hung it back up to cure for another week..... Any ideas ?

It looks to me like you did not get it fully level sanded before it was polished. Sometime that full gloss polish exposes any blemishes that are not apparent prior to the final polish. If there is still plenty of finish I'd level sand it with 800 grit until it looked complealy dull, then go to 2000 and then polish it out.

Thanks, I was actually thinking that last night after a closer examination. I'm going to just let it sit for the rest of the week to give it 3 total weeks of curing, then try that this weekend. I should have enough finish left after 20 coats as long as I stay away from the edges.
