New Amp Day : Two Rock

Just got a Two Rock Custom Reverb V3.

Amazing clean tone & the distortion channel is pretty nifty as well!!!!

Running it through my Mesa 2x12 cab for now. May get a Two Rock cab later.

I'm a John Mayer fan. And I've never heard a Two Rock, I guess that's added to the list.

I've never really gotten emotional over a piece of gear, but this Two Rock is something else. I actually almost broke down & wept a little but once I dialed in a great clean setting. Add a little delay & chorus & it's THE clean sound I've been looking for all my life.

Add in a nice overdrive pedal, in my case the Xotic Andy Timmons BB preamp, which this amp takes really well, & you have an amazing warm creamy distorted tone that brings tears to my eyes.

I have a Mesa Lonestar & a Suhr Badger 18, both very good amps, but I'm afriad they're going up for sale, as I can't imagine playing any other amp as long as I live.

What ever the guys at Two Rock do, it's working & no other amp sounds this good to me.  :icon_thumright:
