I have found Proco, Monster, and other sources, but the only brand I've found that will allow me to make my own ends is Proco and they don't have the best reviews. Have any of you made up your own cutom snakes? If so, where did you go for material?
The cable was radial engineering's 'house' brand that I ordered through a retailer. Depending on where you are in the world, you might have better luck with a local cable company. For example, if you are in the USA, perhaps ProCo would have your cable.
There are quite a few companies that produce the cable. Search for, "Multicore Microphone Cables," and a bunch come up. I can direct you to other places for the different connectors that go on them, but it is a little tough without knowing what you are doing.

Basically, I am looking to build a snake with about 4 separate conductors to connect my pedalboard's patch bay to my amp's FX loop (Ret + Send), input, and footswitch jack. So I'm looking at a 4 wire snake with 8 x 1/4" TS connectors.
I found a few companies that offer that, but it seems like I could DIY. Plus in the spirit of over-engineering, I think it would be kind of fun. I'd be open to reviewing some suggested companies if anyone can recommend some.
