Neck Mounting Screws

Neck Mounting Screws for bodies with a Warmoth Contoured Heel. The two shorter screws go in the holes closest to the neck's peghead.
Screws 4.2x45mm and 4,2x38mm are ok?

(width 4.2 mm it's my doubt: I must change screws in a Warmoth neck with already screws Warmoth)

According to the order page the screw lengths are:
(2) Length: 1-3/4" (44.45mm) and (2) Length: 1-1/2" (38.10mm)

So 45 & 38mm should be great.
As for width, a #10 screw is 0.190" or 4.826mm  so it sounds like you're as close as you're likely to find in Metric to our flawed Imperial units.

Neck screws are a #8 in goofy measure, so a 4.2 is closer to that. A #10 (or equivalent) would be too large in diameter. You'd risk splitting the wood trying to drive one into a hole sized for a #8.

Here's a chart for future reference.

That chart is purdy, and yet another oppo to get up on my soapbox about the busiest & most versatile tool I own - a loose-leaf 3-ring notebook, with a bunch of clear page protectors. And any time I find myself back on the net again & looking up something I just looked up, a chart or listing of sizes, I print the damn thing and stick in the notebook. Sometimes you have to finagle the charts around, dump them into a word processing program, shrink or bloat to fit etc.

Here's a number/letter drill bit chart, in inches & metric:

Handy-dandy inch fractional- inch decimal- mm chart

string gauge/pitch chart (these run heavy because they're for shorter scale pedal steels, but the relative ratios remain the same. i.e. just drop 4 thousandths of an inch for a "normal" guitar setup.

ETC etc etc. It's just nice to have everything all in one place & not have to turn your computer on at 3am for one little pissant thing.

I never turn my computer off. I think it's been off twice in the last 3 years or so, but only due to power outages that acted like they were going to last longer than my UPS would hold the machine up.

But, that's neither here nor there. You're right; keeping some reference material around is a Good Thing. I just happen to keep the vast majority of it on my computer. Many times, rather than bookmark something that may or may not be there later, I'll just download the page and stash it.

"Our guitar necks as with the mounting holes predrilled 1/8" (3mm) diameter "

Forgive me if I don't understand, but these screws are "width"...?
(in metric unit)

Thanks everybody

The hole is drilled slightly smaller than the screw's outer diameter so the threads can bite into the wood.

Screws have an inner and outer diameter. The inner diameter is the size of the shaft. The outer diameter is how far the threads extend. You want the hole to be roughly the size of the screw's inner diameter. So, disregarding small differences here, a #8 screw (normal neck screw size) will have an inner diameter of 3mm, but an outer diameter of 4mm. So, you want a 3mm hole. That lets the threads of the screw bite into the wood so it has some holding power.
