Neck install Questions for first build

I'm ready to attach the neck to LP carved top.  Both neck and body are from Warmoth.  Neck is 24 3/4" standard thin. 
Questions about attaching the neck:
1) I order screws from Warmoth.  The bag has screws of 2 sizes.  I know the long screws get installed on the thicker side of the neck rout towards the body and the shorter screws get installed in the other 2 holes.  Are there only 2 sizes of screws needed?  The reason I ask is that the area of the contour is thinner on the bottom than the top. 
2) How do I know when the screws are tightened correctly?
3) Nothing goes between the neck and body, correct?
4) Should the neck plate be attached directly over the wood or should there be something between the neck plate and wood?
5) Can a neck be installed and uninstalled multiple times without affecting the fit and playability (just curious)

1) Only 2 sizes needed!
2) It will be obvious if you are using a hand screwdriver.
3) Usually correct.  (A setup sometimes involves shimming the neck.)
4) Directly over the wood has been proven to work on approximately ten gazillion guitars.  Though it will leave a mark on the finish, which is why W sells those little plastic pads for neck plates.
5) Yes, you can take the neck off many times, but eventually you will start to wear out the wood in the holes in the neck.  After a few dozen times taking off the neck you might need to dowel and re-drill the neck holes.  If you are going to take it off every week or something, you want to look into threaded inserts.  SkuttleFunk sells them, you can PM him

Personally I've found that two $50's sound much better. The small amount of air that gets trapped between the fibers of the two bills creates a resonating pocket of awesome that actually multiples there effectiveness, making it sound, to the untrained observer, that you actually have $500 crammed in there.

Also, pre-1950's bills are a MUST for that "old cotton" sound.

Thanks much for the replies.  Sounds like I should be ready to go then with the neck attachment...I think I'll skip the $100 spacer though
