Why is there no colors available in the neck builder online? That would make things SO much easier when ordering.

Also, I hope for the future there will be a visual neck builder like those on (some of) the bodies :cool01: :hello2: would be so much fun tweaking different bodies and necks to get what you want.

Also, it would be a GREAT feature just so you can copy the pictures into photoshop/paint and see what your build will look like in the end  :glasses9:

(also, make more body shapes available for visual building too)

I've been curious about this as well. I really need a black gloss neck for my first project. I've seen them in hte showcase...just no option in the builder that I can find. Anyone know how much they charge extra for black gloss? Mostly likely going to go with a mahogany shaft.

Read my post here 1st ... http://www.unofficialwarmoth.com/index.php?topic=21394.msg316705#msg316705
And
Look here ... http://www.warmoth.com/Guitar/Necks/NeckFinish.aspx
That would cost you ... $145 for what you just asked.
Sorry that should be  $125

Also, I couldn't say I like the "continue" mechanism of the visual builder too much either.

It should look like the regular builder but having a visual picture as well. If you have almost completed the whole thing and just wanna change color you don't have to go back a lot of pages to find that section...

Also that is good for those who wanna make transparent and burst colors on different wood types and maybe unique woods.  :)

EDIT: Of course there's a lot of options so it may not be possible when I come and think about it...
