Hey everyone, so someone on ss.org asked if I would post a thread on my baritone-7 built from Warmoth parts. Well, here it is, but first some specs!
Body:
- Mahogany w/figured walnut top
- H-S-H pickup routing
- Tung-oil finish (done by yours truly )
Neck:
- Wenge neck w/ziricote fingerboard
- 24 X-jumbo 5100 frets
- No inlays, side dots only
- FR locking nut
Hardware:
- Black sating sperzel tuners
- LFR bridge ( I got the takeuchi warmoth sells )
- Chrome strap buttons
- Black skull knob for volume
- 3x chrome dome knobs for tone
- EB Not-Even-Slinky's + .060 7th
- 5-way pickup selector, set-up exactly like a strat
Pickups:
Neck: Duncan Distortion-7
Mid: Duncan strat-7
Bridge: Duncan SH-8 Invader-7
And now, some pics!!!!
There's a bit of glare on this pic, as my camera has an auto-flash feature that I can't disable w/out tearing the camera apart . This is a pic of the fingerboard though, the picture doesn't really do it justice though.
And.... the close-up of the pickups of course!
