My semi hollow tele pulled a "Hagwood" on me

Hadn't played it for three weeks, was set up great and suddenly the 14th fret is high. Was audible and fret rocker confirmed. Now I gotta level the dang thing. PITA!

Never had this happen before, it was in gig bag in closet. How does just one fret pop up? I mean one minute I am zooming along thinking holy smokes, I may be the next Danny Gatton!....and then BUZZZZZZZ
