My first project

Woho!

And there you have it! Schaller Straplocks! :hello2:

Looks good so far!  :icon_thumright:

Not that there's anything wrong, but its usually best to wire the pickguard before you drill the mounting holes for it.  It helps to avoid a lot of clearance issues.  Also since you're shielding anyways, you may as well use it on the pickup cavities unless you have plans for the remaining foil.

....as if candy tangerine and hairy legs were much better :redflag:

haha!
I have checked for clearance etc. becore I drilled the holes :icon_thumright:
There is just no picture of it :confused4:

I was hoping to get a 3/4 roundback 59 on it. Maple..
Schallers etc.

Yes, the wiring is a bit stiff. Think I have to bend the wires so that they doesn't push the microphone upwards.
Only thing that sucks is that I have to wait for a month or something before I can order the neck and floyd  :o

I have decided to buy the Schaller tuners. I have Schallers on my Ernie Ball Music Man, and I love them!

Updating with a picture.

One thing that bothers me is that the pictures don't show how increddible this finish actually looks!
Don't you agree, stratplayer1?

I've been thinking of selling the pickups, so that I can save up some money and afford the neck and the floyd, so that the guitar is in playable shape as soon as possible.
The prices for these kind of pickups in norway is aprox. $150 new, and $100 used. A lot more expensive than in america  :tard:

Yeah just bend the wires and tape them out of the way, mine did the same thing when i first put them in,
and damn pickups are expensive there man i paid like 150 for both of mine oh well if you sell them just make sure you replace them with nice pickups, they make all the difference

by the way, shes looking sexy

Sorry for that guys!
I've been busy with setting up a musical at my school lately, so I havent actually thought much about this project.

I'll place an order on a neck in  couple of weeks, because it seems like I have som spare money to finally use on this project again!

I finally got some spare money, and have ordered the neck for this guitar.
