I have finally ordered some parts for my firt warmoth project!  :hello2:  :cool01:

I have to admit that I have taken inspiration from Stratplayer1's 80's superstrat.
I'll post some pics as soon as the parts arrive!

Godt å høre!  :blob7:

Warmoth will ship my body today, I presume. Looking forward to it!
Next things I need is neck, bridge and pickups :hello2:

The first parts have arrived! :headbang:
I have also traded an old Marshall 1922 cab. for two Seymour Duncan pickups.
JB og JB custom. and ca. $100 (500nok) But I don't get those before tomorrow.

I think they'll arrive in the middle of next week.
I had to pay some bills, so the neck has to wait though :sad1:

Look at the soldering on the pot. Does it look okey? I had problems with attatching the wires to the pot, because the pot didn't get hot enough to melt the soldering tin properly.

the CTS pots that warmoth sells are coated with chrome so you'll have a hard time getting anything to stick to them.  You need to take a file and file off / scratch the surface of the pots to create points where the solder contacts will stick.  Once you do that it will go a lot easier.
