my first commision

I just got my first commission after building instruments for myself  for the last 12 years. 

Using and Alder  Warmoth Bass body blank , a hard roock maple /ebony neck through ,  curly Koa cap ,  Hip shot bridge with Piezo pickups ,  3 band active pre-amp with piezo blender
The bass player just got signed ot a record contract  in Nashville  should be lots of fun to see it in the "big times"  .

Congratulations! The koa looks spectacular, this should be a bass to remember What shape will the body be?

I'm working with the client on the body shape , it will be similar to the Koa /Mahagony one I built  but a bit more stylized and somewhat smaller .
