My 2nd Warmoth Build - LP - FINISHED!

Hey Guys, I finally got some more time to finish this puppy up.  Let me know what you think (new pics at the bottom)!



Ok guys, finally got some time over the holidays to get this one started.  Going for a satin, blood red stain for the top and doing clear on the mahogany back / sides.

Top Stained:

Fast forward time lapse - After about 10 coats of Tru Oil, binding scraped, now waiting for it to fully cure before buffing (some orange peel which the flash amplifies, but will be worked out during the buffing process)

Waiting on a 59 roundback LP neck w/ SS frets.

That's very nice! Beautiful mahogany on the back there, and a great top. Good score! There are going to be a lot of new LPs in the coming weeks and months.  :headbang:

Cool, love the red. I might have used some black or even some darker red first, to help enhance the quilt..Kinda like this one.

But I still think yours looks pretty awesome...The Red Rocker would be proud... :headbang1:

Nice, although I've never been a big fan of the deep black look on flame tops (i don't know what it is, but it's always seemed a bit artificial looking to me  :dontknow
