I noticed that it has a 24 fret option at a 24.75" scale.  Will this fit on a 24" body from Warmoth?

That looks to be a conversion neck - I know it's not Warmoth (because its graphite) but look - they're selling a 21 fret with no overhang 25.5" version and this one. "All Fender guitar replacement necks have 22 frets at 25 1/2” (650mm) with a normal minimal fingerboard extension".  So, no it won't fit on a 24" scale body.

It's not a conversion neck, or at least it wasn't when I bought one. My 24.75" scale NS27 neck expected the bridge to be in the spot for a 24.75" scale.

So the only bodies that would be compatible are the 7/8" Warmoth bodies?

Precisely. Or possibly the regular scale ones if you drilled the bridge (and possibly bridge pickup rout) yourself.
