Member Input on Suggestions

I was just cruising through the threads on suggested options for Warmoth. Some of them I agree with and others I don't care about. Logrinn a few months ago had suggested Warmoth post new ideas like body designs or such for us to vote on to get direction with their future additions. Since then, there's a newly added feature on the forum that lets us voice our agreement with a suggestion posted by someone else. With the new 'Like' button, we can add our agreement with a simple click of that button. It would work if we all periodically check new suggestions as well as someone at Warmoth checking the number of likes an idea got. That may give them input on how many of us like a new idea. I don't know if the forum members would represent a wide enough customer cross-section to be useful but it's a thought.

Brilliant idea.  :icon_thumright:
Will check new suggestions immediately (even though I now come here every day clicking on Recent Unread Topics to see what's happening in Warmoth-land  :))

I think that's a great idea as well.  We are a sort of in-house full-time focus group.  Correlations can be made between what we talk about, what we buy, and how our purchases relate to Warmoth's sales base overall to determine the degree of correlation.  I heard Warmoth recently put up a bunch of non-inlay necks in the showcase - I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if that move wasn't inspired by chatter in this forum.

Any input from AA or other Warmoth people on this? I'll also take a retrospective look at recent posts.
