Doesn't look bad to me. I kinda like it, although it does seem to waste some serious space showing what you can't/won't do. Nothing to sell from that point of view.
I don't know what magazine print ads cost, but I do know that the ads you guys run in Guitar Player magazine are so small and bereft of information that I have a hard time believing anybody follows them if they see them at all. Gives the impression that you're Just not serious, or are running an insignificant operation. If I was you guys, I'd be running at least 1/2 page blocks.
