Had seen this color combo before and wanted to give it a shot.

Lollar pup's and Callaham hardware.

I have never posted a build here before but this one seemed worth the effort.

Here is some audio ..

No, seriously - the guitar is nice - but now that I've viewed the video, I'm very impressed with what you can do with it.

Rock on, Frank.

Thank you for the kind words.

I have to confess a few years back I thought alot of the boutique hardware was hard to justify. Now that I have used some I better appreciate the difference it can make.

My thanks to the posters here, I have been exposed to ideas on this forum I never would have considered. This is a great resource for any guitarist whether they opt to build one of their own or not.

I'm pretty sure that's the first Keith Jarrett tune I've seen here! :headbang: You did it justice, too. He's one of those annoying people who seem to be able to play anything he wants to - Mozart to Miles. His solo stuff in the 1970's was amazing, I saw him a few times on those tours. One night he came out, sat down at the piano, closed his eyes - then with his index fingers, hit one low note and one high note, just randomly. Then he opened his eyes and composed a perfect little symphony, based on those two notes.

Who did the Mary Kay finish?

I bought the body finished from Warmoth. I did the finish on a strat myself and learned enough to know that I am not that good at it :)

I first heard Jarrett in the 70's, I think it was the Kohn concerts. Great that you got to see him live. I missed out.

Lucky Southern has been bouncing around in my head for awhile. No idea why...it just got stuck there so decided to give it a try.
