Maple/mahogany Thinline Tele

Actually bought this body about 18 months ago, but just picked it up from the finisher's. Expecting the final parts from StewMac this week, so hopefully I'll be posting in the gallery in the next few weeks.
I thought I was going to be finishing this myself, but life got in the way. I found out about Pat Wilkins, who has consulted about finishes with every major guitar company and still finishes bodies and necks for many mid-sized boutique brands. Anyway, Pat was nice enough to fit this body in his schedule.
I was second-guessing myself about going clear coat instead of a color or a burst, but I am really thrilled about how it came out.
