To be perfectly honest I've tried to enjoy it, but I just don't finnd it funny  :icon_scratch:

I didn't enjoy it at first, either. But, you have to give it time so you learn the character's personalities. Plus, you have to understand that it's a parody. There aren't really any jokes or anything, so it's not inherently funny unless you've been in or around some big acts. Kinda like "Spinal Tap". If you've never been in or involved with a band, most of it will fly over and never hit anything.

This is actually very true. A lot of the stupidest ideas I've ever heard were uttered in the back of tour buses headed from Sydney to far flung destinations. The 16 hour Sydney-Adelaide drive is brutal.

I make it a point to listen to the Softest Metal I can find... just because I know it pisses off my hardcore friends.... also its catchy....

and a lot of the singers are hotter AND more talented then the gut screaming dudes.

I'm not a metal guy, but that is shockingly shit.

I don't doubt that for a moment. But, I must say it doesn't take a tiring/boring 16 hour ride to Bumphuque, Egypt to come up with monumentally stupid ideas. I've seen them come to life at 4 in the morning over the course of a couple beers after a show <grin>

Garage Inc. technically had both previous Garage Days EPs on it.  But many of the Map of Metal bands, and a few of those songs, are on the Garage Days/Inc. EPs.
