Really nice!
Reminds me of a padouk body strat that was posted here a couple of months ago...

Love the grain on the body!!!

You going with all chrome hardware??

Actually all the hardware will be black.I am not of a fan of anything shiny. And yes,I like to keep things simple.I feel a guitar is better off without all the bells and whistles.Actually, having a Floyd is a little too fancy for me,but I wanted to make an 80`s style rocker and figured it should have a Floyd.I will post pics when I am done.It seems getting and OFR in Black these days takes a while.

It looks great.  I will preface that by saying that I am a big Floyd Rose fan.  If you were looking for an 80's style machine, I'm a bit curious why you chose RG's.  I have some in one of my guitars, and I like them, but I don't find them 80's metal.  I'd be thinking more a Tone Zone, Norton, or a JB for the bridge, and for the single coil perhaps a Seymour Red Velvet.

Well,I wanted the body style,bridge,neck,knobs,etc... to be 80`s,but with more tone.I play through a Splawn Nitro half stack and it just loves Rio`s with Mahogany. My whole decision to go with what I did was based around my amp.Plus,I am from Texas and I wanted to put some Tejas flavor into the guitar.lol.....My neck plate, strap, and custom logo will all be Texas flavored. It will be  my version of a Lonestar strat.
