I have my straps quite long. Not because I play with the guitar around my knees, but because I'm tall and my arms are quite long. I prefer the looks of a strap where it stays the same width all the way to the guitar, but I'm having trouble finding them long enough like that.

I'm thinking of just getting some made, non-adjustable, in the exact length I want.

Another vote for Levy's - I have this suede leather one and it's so comfortable with a heavy guitar

+1 for Couch. I have a Navajo Strap, it's absolutely perfect, put it on my Gretsch. I also have some Levy strap with suns on it that it put on my cheap strat, i've never been able to find it since but it was comfy from day 1.
