Lead Time .. crazy fast?!

To my surprise my Custom ordered Body comes in tomorrow, after ONLY 6 weeks and 3 days from ordering to shipping?! Lead Time was estimated 13-14 weeks. That was crazy fast, how is this possible? Does Warmoth keep some prebuilt Items in stock? It's a painted and chambered Hardtail HH routed Alder Body w/o Controls.

Man, I hope it doesn't arrive over the Christmas holidays.

When I placed my custom order, I saw this and marked my calendar:

• Adding paint/finish: 13-14 weeks

Tomorrow will be 13 weeks so I was starting to get a tingle, but then I forgot that I opted for binding:

• Adding paint/finish, plus binding: 17-18 weeks

Dang it.

It'll be 4 weeks for me tomorrow and I have no idea what stage mine's at. Custom lefthand SSB body & neck. I was gonna ask if somebody from the house of Hendrix could stop by & bless my slab.

I'd emailed them about potentially ammending my order - colour change.
They got back to me, telling me it was already in the paintshop...
Since they use poly, I'm assuming it's waiting to be polished, possibly ready to ship by now. I also have a neck on order, which I imagine are probably in more consistent demand, so I'm expecting the current lead time is probably at least whatever they quote for a custom made neck.
By now, in my case, it's been four weeks.
