Oh I so had an idea right now. and I am sitting on an unfinished ash Strat body with a universal route.
Thoughts: Also add a true middle pup. Use a freeway switch.
You could get typical Strat 5 way, plus the RR (either series or parallel), plus the middle (RR in parallel), plus the neck (RR in parallel), plus something else.

This is the kind of nightmarish control structure I live for Can’t wait to see the build and hear the results!

Late breaking info (this decision was made just yesterday): you can now order the RR configuration right from the Strat pickguard builder:

This could be very cool for a non-RR style guitar, like a Cruiser and Mini Super D or a Hot Rails/Classic Stack Plus.

Trevor, is the pup mated to the bridge pup a flat pole, normal stagger or reverse stagger. Also is it RWRP?

Well, just got it buttoned up and working. Does not sound like ass. Sounds pretty good actually, with the bridge 'pickup' having more guts than a standard strat. I'll get some pics up and some sound samples up in a bit.
