Way out of my budget, but golly, they're gorgeous. I may have to rethink my finishing plans for my swamp ash J-bass body. Was leaning toward sandblasted and matte black, but this thickens the plot a bit.

Plus 1 on the pickguard. Too late for me though, I placed an order 6 weeks ago, on a jazzmaster pickguard, so it'll be too bothersome (or not cost effective) to do a change.

Whoa spendy! I acually like the "Filthy Penny" finish better myself. However, being me, I could replicate that finish myself. Anyway fun tribute, and I enjoyed their music, but would not say he was really that great of a player. (IMO)

I love that dirty penny finish! Man, if I didn't just order a neck for my KNS project I'd probably be all over one of those bodies ... even though I don't really have a use for it! The vintage Strat trem is a major turnoff for me. I love the pickup/pickguard configuration, though!

I preferred the Fralin/dirty penny tones.
