just got a dulcimer for my b-day 1970's cripple creek brand . wow is this stupid little thing fun.. I'm allready wondering about how had it would be to add a p-90 pup and make this thing electric.. what do ya think. bottleneck guitar on a open g tuned electric dulcimer :headbang1: :headbang1:

I built a dulcimer when I was in elementary school. Still have it - I'm amazed that it has not imploded or something.
These days it's the boy's play guitar. They are pretty fun - I play mine in a completely unorthodox way (with fingers instead of a slide). I can get kindof an east Indian sound out of it. :icon_biggrin:
