Swamp Ash P body, Maple neck, ebony fret board.
I'll use the standard Gotoh bridge, Bill Lawrence pickup, and, at least for now, Fender tuners.
I'll try for a black translucent finish on the body, clear 1K on the neck, tortie pick guard.

Gonna take a while to get it grain filled with a black filler and then slowly add the tinted intercoat until I get the level I want. Then lots of 1K clear.

Sounds like a great plan! Trans black should look real nice on that body, looking forward to seeing the finished project.  :icon_thumright:
