How's this look?  I'm certain to get some expert advice on what I screwed up here.  Still not sure how the single coil thing works with this switch....

That happened to you, too, eh? Is one of the holes not countersunk?

NONE are countersunk.  That's ok.  The problem is finding the damn screws without paying $8 for shipping on 'em!!  I imagine it's even trickier in Brooklyn.

Meanwhile, I'm playing around with some pearl blanks a friend gave me. My little shaping jig...

This is going to be a star in the pickguard.
