Getting close to wrapping up this build unless there are any hidden issues. The neck I bought used off of a seller on Reverb who said it was roasted maple. It was an innocent mistake. Pretty sure it is bulbinga with koa fretboard. The body I bought on the clearance page from Warmoth. About 5-6 years ago, I bought these pickups as a stupid deal of the day for $40. They are Fender 55's. They are dual coils/noiseless. Reviews are pretty good so looking forward to seeing what quiet-vintage-hot sounds like. :bass:
