I received my custom 3" None More Black strap from Jaykco recently. They were excellent with communication, it took about three days from placing the order 'til the box showed up in the mail. Of course, they're local to me, but that's still fast shipping.
The first thing I noticed was a green ribbon wrapping up the strap, holding on a card saying, "We don't make our straps factory perfect, We make them as uniquely wonderful as possible." Ignoring the grammar problems, they're right. It was obviously hand stitched, but it feels sturdy and well constructed. Except for the materials.
I ordered a strap with a suede back and a velvet top. Suede is hard to mess up, but I was told it was real velvet, and my fashion-major wife says no way in hell. It feels like the fabric on cheap booster seats, the ones that go in cars to strap children in. It actually squeaks when you rub it. Its not even sewn down smooth, but I'm under the impression that was to give it a "krinkle" look and done intentionally.
I cannot even imagine sweating while wearing this strap. The material is sticky and gross when its dry.
On the plus side, she made my custom order quickly and to specifications. It's 3" wide, 55" long, black suede and what she's passing as black velvet. She did charge me $90, when a normal 2" strap is just $50, and there is only a short maybe 18" spot where it is actually 3" wide, so I paid $40 extra for just a little more fabric.
I know a few of you had said these looked cool when I posted them originally, so I wanted to post a review of an actual strap in case you were considering ordering. I love trying small companies first, but this one will be going back first thing in the morning. I would not buy from Jaykco again. Their products just are not as advertised. I would not have paid $15.99 for this strap at Guitar Center, had I the chance to touch it once first.

Local (to me) family that hand crafts limited run guitar straps, and does custom orders too. I'm getting a 3" bass strap for myself for Christmas, just a custom width version of their None More Black design, with a pick pocket added on. Their customer service rocks, I got a response to my email in under an hour.
Just a bit left of center on most of their designs, and I'm not sure about their 'silk kimono' design, but they do have some snazzy stuff so I thought I'd share.
