I'ts my birthday, and I'm treating myself to an OD pedal

So shoot some names at me to think about. I like the Voodoo Labs Sparkle Drive thus far.

  I have the OCD and love it. But  I use it on top of my gain channel and am still in the market for an OD for my clean channel. I tried the Sparkle drive the other day and It is unique. It is a different animal than the normal tube screamer or fuzz and you can get some interesting sounds. It didn't fit my specific need but it was very cool and I almost bought it used anyway. Definitely try it if you can get your hands on one. PS.. I found it a little noisy though.

I say get the jekyll and hyde. I got it back out to do some recording and have been loving it. The overdrive channel is the best tubescreamer style pedal that i've played through, and the distortion can get you everywhere from a ratty fuzz to smooth saturation to scooped metal tones. plus the bass response doesn't fart out on my blues junior like every other pedal that i own.

Man, there are so many OD pedals out there with so many sounds.  I do LOVE overdrive pedals.
My current favorites are the Black Cat OD-1.  It has kind of a fuzz OD sound.
Also, the LovePedal Les Lius overdrive.  It is a tweed amp clone and really puts out some sweet OD.
