If I got this right, "reliablefender" can buy a new Fender Blacktop Jaguar complete for $450, then he sells the neck for $197 and the body/pickups for $270 for a net profit of... $17? He's got to be getting the guitars at wholesale to make this work. So he's got at least de facto support of Fender, I wonder what they see in it. Perhaps it's a sneaky way to ensure that people can at least get parts, without Fender having to support thier own dealers in the old-fashioned way of offering replacement necks and SERVICE and all through their authorized dealers.
