Ya less is more, that paint dries too fast IMO. I would not recommend that brand for anything larger like a guitar body. Looks cool though! So what did I learn?
* It sticks to plastic just fine
* It wants to film up really fast
* You need more space in the bucket than you think
* Not all colors in the box need to be used
I dig it ! Would be great for a Psychedelic or Hendrix themed guitar.
Whoa are you on the Chiva? The colors Are that of an anarchistic free thinker!!!!
Oh cmon man you just guessed the plot! This was very much a test run for the Voodoo Tele hybrid I’m working on.I dig it ! Would be great for a Psychedelic or Hendrix themed guitar.
The only thing I’ll cop to is a fondness for Steve Vai and the belief that the only thing between me and stardom is the correct color guitarWhoa are you on the Chiva? The colors Are that of an anarchistic free thinker!!!!
Ahhh I tried saving a buck and now I have to spend two!I first tried the same paint you currently have. I believe under perfect conditions it could work ….. maybe. It just sets up way fast. The above links paint is more forgiving .
I bought it first by mistake. So that makes two of us brother. I found even working as fast as possible, by the time you are swirling it into a pattern, it's already too late. The linked stuff (of which I have no affiliation) you still need to be brisk but it has enough open time and lays down flatter. Worth it if you are determined to go for it, plus they are bigger bottles.Ahhh I tried saving a buck and now I have to spend two!
I am using mine for huffingWell I’m not getting any more miles out of these paints but my wife is loving it
