Index Hole only?

I am looking to do some custom options on an unfinished body. Does anyone know what index hole for the neck screw option looks like? I would like to see if I can work around it for my idea.

If you request index only, the hole goes about .5" deep. If it already has the 4 holes than yes it does go all the way through.
