Ok, I'll play... Just best guesses of course. Selling prices assume you're in the US and may be contentious.
Both rear-routed Strat bodies, both vintage modern Strat necks.
Guitar 1
Body: zebrawood on mahogany, clear gloss over vintage white. Showcase price $433, sell for $200 - $280. Can't really tell this is mahogany of course, but all the showcase bodies I've seen with zebra tops are.
Neck: looks like one piece wenge. Not a standard option but they show up from time to time. Showcase price c. $240.00, sell for $120 - $160 or include the tuners for $15 - $30 more depending what they are.
Pickup: Seymour Duncan humbucker. c. $80 depending on exact type, sell for $30 - $50.
Bridge: Wilkinson VS100 trem. $92, sell for $60 - $80.
Assuming showcase body and neck, this would have cost almost $1000 to put together and Mr Penguin's suggestion of about half is fair - Up to $450 for the whole guitar on a good day. Maybe $600 for parts.
Guitar 2
Body: probably rosewood on mahogany with binding, clear gloss. Showcase price $548, sell for $250 - $330.
Neck: mahogany with ebony board, clear gloss. Showcase price $333, sell for $150 - $200 or include the tuners as above.
Pickups: SD Dave Mustaine set. (Ebay, new) $190, sell for $90 - $130
Bridge: Wilkinson VS100 trem black. $96, sell for $60 - $80.
More like $1200 to build this one from showcase parts but I wouldn't expect to see much of that extra $200 back if you sold the guitar whole. Likely max for parts $750.
If you do try to sell them - even whole, it's worth stripping them down to check the body wood on the zebra, check the nut width, back contour etc. of the necks (details should be written on the heels) and find out what the white SD is. The more info you can provide to potential buyers the better. Likewise, lots of good quality photos never go amiss.
Both guitars are built from high-end parts and, if they've been put together and set up properly, will give $2000 'off the peg' instruments a run for their money. Best thing to do with them is to keep them and play them.
