I need a new body

I've been depressed all day from looking at that guitar

Thanks.  I'm a little confused though by what I'm seeing.  I understand it's a stock photo but they both show S/S/S routs and the info table reads "Pickups - Strat, Strat, Strat".  However, "Select Custom Options" allows all routing options.  Does this mean that W will re rout the S/S/S body or do the actual bodies they have have on hand have yet to be routed?

Thanks.

I priced a body on the Body Builder as “turn key” as I could get it:
• Solid Alder
• Top Rout (Universal like OEM)
• American Standard Trem (2 point)
• Strat Top Jack Rout
• Standard 4 bolt neck
• Olympic White

Total is $360, which is a little steep for me at the moment…

You can find what you want in the showcase for less http://www.warmoth.com/Pages/ClassicShowcase.aspx?Body=2&Shape=1&Type=1&Path=Body,Stratocaster,Standard&bFinish=354 They will do universal and tremolo routing for free. Be sure to order a pickguard along with the body (in case you don't have one) so you won't pay extra for pickguard shipping.

That's my T-60 that suffered a similar fate.  It was my second one and I've had it for about 20 years.  My first T-60 was stolen.  I have a T-40 bass that was also destroyed in this incident.

From your pics it looks like your electronics and neck should be salvageable. I see a broken off headstock in your second pics. Details?

I've only had the heart to look at it once.  It's become symbolic of my life, past, present and future.  I'm not much of a guitarist but if I could take one thing to the grave with me...

Warmoth will rout these bodies for free, that's why the options are there. Decide which body you want and then click to be routed universal.

Note that if you're buying a showcase body, the cavity will not be painted if you have an SSS routed out to a swimming pool.  The don't repaint, they just hog it out.
