Wow, I hope that sh*tbag that stole the phone gets what's coming...
As for karma, I think after a few years ago, I'm a believer.
There we were at Disney World, enjoying our nice, Florida vacation, and happened to have some "Fast Pass" tickets to a ride. We'd already ridden the ride, and didn't need them. There was on older couple who'd just got in line, and the wait was about an hour. Rachel and I asked them if they wanted our "Fast Passes," and they were gracious for them.
The following day, Rachel and I were walking around, and I'd wanted to ride a roller coaster (the Yeti). The line was huge, so I just figured, "Meh, I"ll skip it." We continued walking around, and just out of nowhere, someone approached us and said, "I have 2 Fast Passes to the Yeti. Would you like them?" We thanked the lady and took the "Fast Passes." While I didn't ride the "Yeti," we just passed the passes on to someone else.
It was just kinda funny how one day we just did someone a good deed, and then the following day, the same thing happened to us.
It's awesome that this customer got a new iPhone for the person who lost it, especially given the risks associated with signing into a cellphone contract for someone that he/she didn't even know...
