Summer Project:
Ibanez RG body with a Fender Strat neck. The body is from Legacy One Guitars and the neck is from Warmoth.
The body is one-piece Mahogany. It took 5 cans of Duplicolor filler/primer to (more or less) fill the grain. You can still see some grain in the first pic. My former Alder body guitar projects only took 1 to 2 cans to adequately fill. I used Duplicolor Perfect Match Deep Jewel Green Metallic paint. I still need to get the stencil and clear coat the body. The neck is Maple/Rosewood, standard thin, compound radius, SS6115 frets. I'm still in the process of applying pure Tung Oil to the back of the neck.
